SHIPPING: At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.

RETURNS: We appreciate you shopping with us! Should you wish to return any of your items, we are happy to help. Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days or a store credit within 60 days. Unwound and unused yarn with original tags and unopened wool products are eligible for returns. Steps to follow:

*Email melissa.smith@willowcreekfarmpreserve.org for a Return Authorization Number.

*Pack item and ship back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the products are deemed defective or you have received the wrong items.

REFUNDS: Once your returned items are received and approved, we will notify you by email and refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
